Who May Attend

We accept children between the ages of 2 and 9 years old. We have 3 classrooms:

• one for 18 months to 3 ½ year olds
• blended class of 3-6 year olds who must be toilet trained
• an early elementary classroom for ages 6-9

We offer a 5 day half or whole day programs with before and after child care for parents that request it.

Small Wonders Montessori LLC is open to all children of any race, religion, creed, or national origin.

For all students, readiness is not easy to determine ahead of time. We reserve the right to release or recommend a change of schedule after discussion with parents.

Classes Available

Curriculum

All classrooms will be stocked with Montessori materials. All Lead Teachers will hold certificate(s) or be in training and be monitored by a certified lead teacher. If a teacher does not hold a Montessori teaching certificate, he/she will have resources at her disposal to assist in creating his/her curriculum.

Special Programs and activities

Holidays lend themselves to wonderful opportunities for children to perform in special holiday programs for the entire family to enjoy. We may hold special night time or weekend programs around holiday themes.

Registration

There is a $50.00 application fee to register and enroll your child with Small Wonders Montessori LLC. This is due at time of registration. This is non-refundable and not applicable to tuition.

Tuition Schedule

Tuition is to be paid either in monthly or bi-monthly installments; due by the 1st and 15th of the month depending on payment schedule. A late fee of $20 will be accessed after the 5th or the 20th of the month, unless prior arrangements have been made with the administrator. A $35.00 fee will be applied from payments that are returned to the school for insufficient funds. There is a 15% discount on one child’s tuition when more than one child from the same family is enrolled at the same time.

Fees

• Monthly tuition fees are due the 1st of each month. Late fee of $20 will be accessed after the 5th of the month.
• Biweekly tuition is due on the 1st and the 15th of each month. Late fee of $20 will be accessed after the 5th & 20th of the month.
• A deposit is required of specified amount depending on program. Deposits will be re-imbrued or applied to tuition as long as contract terms are maintained.
• A fee of $35 will be accessed for payments returned for insufficient funds.Please note that we do not send out bills. Your cancelled check is your receipt and we will provide a yearly receipt of monies paid for tax purposes.
• Payment by check is requested. No cash will be kept on premise.
• Two weeks notice is required if a child must be withdrawn due to a move or schedule change. Less than two weeks notice will result in forfeiture of deposit.
• There will be no refunds on monthly tuition due to short term illness or school closing due to bad weather.
• There is a 15% discount for one child when 2 or more siblings are enrolled at the same time.
• A late fee of $1 per minute past designated pick up time will be charged past designated pick up time. Time will be kept on clock at sign in table. Late fee must be paid on that day.

Forms:

The following forms should be completed each year:

• Two (2) child information cards
• An application form
• A registration form
• Health report
• General Permission and emergency form
• Fee agreement

We reserve the right to release a child if the Health Report is not completed within the required time. Child Information Cards will be completed at the beginning of the school year and returned on child's 1st day of school.
