For all students, readiness is not easy to determine ahead of time. We reserve the right to release or recommend a change of schedule after discussion with parents.
Field Trips
Field trips are typically planned around units being studied. Transportation for field trips is supplied by parents who are also asked to help supervise children. All children must be in car seats or booster seats appropriate for their age and size. All parents who drive will be asked to show proof of insurance for school licensing & liability purpose. Thank you for your cooperation.
Arrival and Departures
- Please stay in designated areas prior to class time. Please do not
interrupt
teacher prep time unless necessary. - Please be prompt for arrival and dismissal times. If you are running
late,
please notify the school. We would like to minimize disruptions in the
classrooms. - Children must be brought to the designated area and left in the care
of
teacher on duty. - If a child is to go home with a friend or someone other than the
person who
normally picks up the child, a note should be sent to the teacher. Children
will be picked up in their classroom by a parent or someone designated by
the parents.
